To configure your ATA 2100 please do the following.

First login to your ata configuration menu by going to your browser ( internet explorer or other ) and type http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.2.1 . The reason it may be different is because if the ata detects a 192.168.0.1 network already it auto switches to 1.1 or 2.1 so there are no conflicts.

Once there click on admin login ( top right ) and then click advanced.  You will see a Voice Menu at the top. Click on Voice and then Line 1 or line 2 ( depending on what line you are trying to configure ).

In the Line 1 settings you need to modify 3 sections.

1.  Modify the following Fields in red.

Proxy : Server IP or Domain Provided to you by your service Provider
Outbound Proxy : Same as above
Register Expires : Change it to 60 seconds instead of 3600 default
Proxy FallBack Intvl: Same as above
Voice Mail Server : Same as proxy and outbound proxy

2.

 Display Name : Your Name
 User ID : Your Phone Number ( no spaces )
 Password: Device Password provided by service provider
 Auth ID: Your Phone Number ( no spaces )

3.

Dial Plan : Take out whatever is in there and place the following :

*123|1xxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

It is very important that it is correct so please make sure you copy and paste if possible.

Thats it. Click Submit all changes at the bottom and your unit will reboot. Line 1 or Line 2 ( depending on which one you have configured ) should be green.
